Are there instructions of what we need to do on our end when transferring Reseller accounts from another host to yours ? If I go with your service can I use the same domain name that I have on my other Reseller account ? Would I just change the IP addresses on my name servers after you get everything moved to bring my sites up on your servers ?

If you have a Reseller account at HG, you would need to sign up for a Reseller account at HTN. The process after that is very simple:

1. Sign Up
2. Log In to HTN and open a support ticket to the transfer team (you need to be logged in to see the transfer team option)
3. Open that ticket with the following information:

Old WHM URL (IP address):
Old WHM Username:
Old WHM Password:

4. We will receive your ticket, check the logins and place you in the transfer queue.
5. When we are finished with your transfer, we will let you know and give you the IP URL to your new WHM so you can check that everything looks the way it should.
6. Once you verify everything is great, then you can change your nameservers to point to HTN.

Please note: If you are using Private nameservers (ns1/ns2.YOURDOMAIN.com), then you need to change the IP addresses of the nameservers to your new HTN server.
